In each contract review, we include a thorough consult with one of our sharp and nimble attorneys.  This consult will include a review of all relevant information, and ensure you understand the nature of the contract and the terms of the agreement. We will also provide you information on relevant or similar agreements happening in your field and your location - awareness of the deals people are making around you, will enable nothing to be left on the table at the close of your deal.
