Salma S. Safiedine, J.D. LL.M. is a practicing attorney and Minnesota certified mediator under Minn. Rule 114. She is licensed by the Washington, District of Columbia Bar and Michigan Bar. She also holds a license to practice in the Eastern District of Michigan, Federal Court.

Prior to joining the Firm, Salma Safiedine clerked in Summer 2007 for The Honorable John Corbette O'Meara in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Federal Court). She was previously employed in the litigation department of one of the most successful mid-sized litigation firms in the state of Michigan and subsequently worked as an attorney for the American Bar Association (ABA) in Washington D.C..

Mrs. Safiedine currently works for the American Bar Association serving as Project Director for the Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance funded project, which seeks to address racial disparity in the United States. Mrs. Safiedine manages several project budgets in excess of over one million dollars. In her capacity as ABA Project Director, ABA Chair of the Race and Diversity Committee, and State Bar of Michigan Representative for Diversity and Inclusion, Salma Safiedine works along side Chief Judges, Chief District Attorneys (Chief Prosecutors), Chief Defenders, Chief Probationers, and Chief of Police to implement local policy reform to ensure a more just and efficient criminal justice system in the United States of America.

Mrs. Safiedine has vast experience drafting and reviewing contracts and business agreements, and representing individuals and businesses (Plaintiff and Defense) in a variety of legal matters. Mrs. Safiedine is a professional mediator. She holds vast experience transforming complex disputes into mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved. She is available for mediations, meeting and workshop facilitation, and litigation coaching.
